About Young Life and what it is, I was involved since my Freshman year at Walton High
School since Fall 2016. I was a student through my Senior year, and that’s when everything changed mid-March 2020 because COVID-19 entered in the United States of America. It’s a place for everyone to come on Monday nights by having fun with friends, play games, worshipping the LORD, and hearing God’s word from a Young Life Leader. They also have camps we go to during each semester when we have a break from school and see God’s vision of this type for the experience. I’ve been to Frontier Ranch, Windy Gap, SharpTop Cove twice, and Carolina Point twice. When we go to these camps for an example, other people from different states that are involved in Young Life come, spending time with God and friend's, eventually hearing the truth about the Bible by a Pastor/Guest speaker at the camp. This changes our lives to see and witness in the everlasting life. All you need is a Bible, journal, and a pen to take notes about what comes to mind for understanding each scriptures are comparable in God’s ways and how we interpret that to ours. Your prayers are important at the Young Life camps to remember your adventures, advices, and wisdom in the life-long journey. When we get home after camp, it’s a relief that you had fun what you enjoyed and keep learning the Gospel in the aftermath. There are more Young Life camps that I have not been to, and hopeful for going to some in the future years. Ever since I’ve graduated from High School and College, my involvement with Christ and God has provided me to step closer into His word. After started my own Podcast, the LORD lifted me up to become a Young Life leader since my Freshman year, during 2nd semester of 2021. I felt like it was a right place for me to be at Kennesaw State, and became a Young Life Leader there for them! From there and now into my working career, I want to continue my involvement as a Spiritual guidance in the community where I was involved. I enjoyed making new friends over the years, and blessed to call them family! Since 2016 until present day, my Faith in God by loving Him gave me my calling up to Heaven. All the relationships and friendships stands out to me, and without doubts of loving God what can I do in the righteousness, and be established in the plans. In the book of Romans, the Spirit of Life has given me great joy to understand what my life is today! I will dwell, and abide in the house of the LORD, and remain faithful and my confidence all I do through the Goodness of His presence.
